I entered one of my photographs in the PDN Curator Award in the USA. Commercial work continues on websites for clients and other small portrait and print jobs.
Began work on Leonardo da Vinci's helicopter, this helical design based on one of his drawings from the 1480's, finished seen above. The aerial screw design, was built to be powered by a pilot using their arms and legs. After winding it up the the circular fan spins and goes up and down. The design while structurally unable to actually fly does produce down draft. Ultimately probably suffering from a power to weight ratio issue.
